My Health Portfolio™ is an Internet link that allows our patients to access their medical information and communicate with their healthcare provider through a secure Internet online connection that meets federal standards and protects your personal health information.

My Health Portfolio™ is a designated area for patients to create password-protected individual medical records. Managing selected information via the web allows our patients to:

• Obtain results of certain diagnostic tests
• Request prescription refills
• Make appointment requests
• Update your personal demographic and insurance information
• Exchange online messages with your provider

Your shared information is safe with us. Data is passed over a secure network using 128-bit encryption and stored on fault tolerant, fully redundant computers. The benefits of My Health Portfolio™ are:
