Our Mission
Statement...
Our mission is to promote optimal health for
all of our patients. As patient advocates, we
know that navigating the current health care system
is difficult for most people. Our goal, as primary
health care providers, is to deliver individualized,
holistic, comprehensive health care to all individuals
and families. We feel that we can change the way
health care is delivered in our own community.
We want to create a relaxed atmosphere by fostering
open communication and encouraging our patients
to partner with their nurse practitioner to strive
for optimal health. We truly believe "Your Health
is in Our Hands."

Joyce
DeFrancesco, MSN, APRN, BC, FNP, earned
her diploma in Nursing in 1981 from Methodist
Medical Center School of Nursing in Peoria,
Illinois. Moving to Florida in 1982, she subsequently
earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees
in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University,
Boca Raton. Joyce has more than 25 years of
nursing experience in both staff and management
positions, as a nurse entrepreneur and as
a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Joyce is a leader in her profession. She has
earned national recognition for her promotion
of the role of RN First Assistants through
entrepreneurial practice, congressional lobbying,
public speaking at the local, state and national
level and numerous publications. When not
traveling with her husband, Rich, Joyce enjoys
running, gardening and reading. |

Jane
Julian, MSN, APRN, BC, FNP,
earned her Bachelor and Master of Science
degrees in Nursing at Florida Atlantic University
in Boca Raton, Florida. After working as an
RN in the Boca Raton Community Hospital cardiac
telemetry unit, Jane provided a wide range
of home health care services, including wound
care, diabetes education, post-operative coronary
artery bypass care, and medical case management.
A board certified Family Nurse Practitioner,
she has also worked in the fields of allergy
and immunology and primary care. Jane has
earned a reputation as an active and dedicated
community health care advocate. She and her
husband, Bob, with six children between them,
share a fulfilling, if hectic, family life.
An accomplished marathoner and ultra-marathoner,
Jane is a three-time Boston Marathon participant
and avid sports enthusiast. |
